By accessing our website or purchasing artwork from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About CXU Gallery

CXU Gallery is an art gallery dedicated to exhibiting and promoting contemporary artists and artworks. We provide exhibition opportunities, artwork sales, special events, space rentals, collector services, and related gallery experiences.

2. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may NOT:

3. Artwork Information

  • Artwork information may be updated or corrected at any time.

4. Artwork Purchases

All artwork purchases are subject to availability and confirmation by CXU Gallery.

A purchase is considered complete once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed; and

  • CXU Gallery confirms the order.

CXU Gallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions due to errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, or unavailable artwork.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize CXU Gallery and its payment providers to process your transaction.

6. Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Shipping, pickup, and delivery arrangements will be communicated separately depending on the artwork and buyer location.Additional shipping, handling, or insurance fees may apply unless otherwise stated. Risk of damage may transfer according to the agreed delivery terms.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Returns and Exchanges

All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the unique nature of original artworks, CXU Gallery does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

We encourage collectors to carefully review all artwork details, including dimensions, medium, framing, and condition, and to ask any questions before completing a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork images, photographs, text, logos, website content, and branding materials belonging to CXU Gallery or represented artists are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without written permission.

9. Artist Representation and Artwork Rights

Artists retain ownership of their artwork unless ownership has been transferred through a separate agreement.

CXU Gallery may display, photograph, promote, and market artwork for exhibition and sales purposes according to agreements with represented artists.

10. Events and Gallery Visits

CXU Gallery may host exhibitions, openings, workshops, and private events.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify event schedules

  • Limit attendance

  • Cancel events

  • Establish visitor rules for safety and preservation of artwork

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

CXU Gallery is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites.

CXU Gallery provides website content and services on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:
