Living in California, I find myself surrounded by evergreen trees throughout the year.
These trees always feel like familiar neighbors, carrying a sense of romance and reminding me of news from my homeland.
Beyond them, I imagine sunsets, clouds, and the ocean shore. As I gaze upon trees standing tall against the wind, I am reminded of longing, loneliness, my mother, and my youthful days. In my paintings, the sky, trees, mountains, water, rocks, and wind embody the passage of time and life itself. Especially after the rain in Los Angeles, the sky reveals the world in its most genuine form. Through the eyes of my heart, I capture these exotic landscapes with my own technique, expressing my feelings and reflections on canvas.
